A future available set would be confirmed by email with its version, contents, editing requirements and licence before payment. Delivery would be by email attachment or private link within two working days after payment confirmation.
For future orders, cancellation before access would receive a full refund. The proposed voluntary policy for unused, unshared files and the remedies for faulty or misdescribed materials are explained in the delivery policy.
Keep the source useful after handover
For a profile-writing task, gather the approved service names and contact wording before completing the workbook. For a response task, identify the situations a sender regularly faces and the project facts that cannot safely be reused. For alignment work, assemble the source and the actual variants that need comparison.
For an update task, start with the reason for the change and the person who can approve it. A useful record should make a decision easier to find, rather than create extra fields with no clear owner. The buyer remains responsible for applying the structure to its own work.
When you complete a template, make it clear which information applies to your business and which part is a reusable prompt. Review the output in its intended context before sharing it. A short profile, for example, may need a different emphasis from an internal master description.
Keep a working version and identify the accepted one. If the underlying offer changes, review the texts built from it rather than assuming a completed file remains current indefinitely. The planned kits are document structures; they do not maintain the content on your behalf.
For a client assignment, distinguish the completed project output from the reusable source collection when arranging delivery. The one-business licence is intended to support client work while preserving the restriction on distributing the underlying library. Questions about that boundary should be settled before any future acceptance.
