The supplier and the work
Preselyx Content Cohesion Ltd, company number 17209316, is registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF. Our contact address is kaniukavolodymyr@zohomail.eu.
We prepare business descriptions, placement-specific wording, response templates, editorial references and coordinated update materials for business customers. The accepted proposal determines the particular work. Customers retain their accounts, approve facts and wording, and publish the results. Account administration, automated publishing, live monitoring and paid advertising are outside this offer.
Agreeing an order
Orders are arranged by email. Before payment, we confirm the deliverables or framework contents, total price, delivery arrangements and applicable terms. Your team publishes the approved materials and retains control of its platform accounts.
An enquiry leads to a written proposal. A contract is formed when you accept the proposal in writing and we issue an email order confirmation. A website link alone does not make a contract. Each support period requires its own acceptance and confirmation; there is no automatic renewal or unapproved recurring charge.
Written scope is the agreed description of deliverables, inputs, exclusions, formats, dates and responsibilities in the accepted proposal.
All four catalogue frameworks are currently planned and unavailable to order. The framework provisions below apply only if a product is later made ready and its actual version, contents, compatibility, price, licence and delivery arrangements are confirmed before acceptance.
Scope, timing and inputs
The proposal identifies the materials and placements included, expected client inputs, output formats and agreed schedule. We begin project work after acceptance, receipt of the deposit and the necessary inputs. Client delays or new requirements can affect the schedule; any revised dates or extra work are agreed in writing.
A defined support period states its duration, review frequency, included materials and update volume. “Continuous updates” describes an editorial preparation cycle within that scope, rather than continuous availability or observation of external pages.
Price, currency and payment
Before acceptance, the proposal confirms the full payable total, currency, applicable taxes, mandatory charges and payment method. Service currency is specified in the individual proposal. Planned catalogue prices are in US dollars. No payment method is implied by a website visit and there is no on-site checkout.
Standard service projects require 50% in advance and 50% after approval of the final preview, before handover of final editable files. Different stages apply only when agreed in writing beforehand. An accepted support period is paid before its work begins.
If a framework becomes available, payment would be 100% after its terms are accepted, using the method actually agreed on the invoice. Do not email payment card details. Any later payment process must be described accurately before it is used.
Review, changes and correction
A standard project includes two consolidated rounds of revisions within the accepted scope. Please collect your team’s comments into one coherent response for each round. Additional placements, texts or tasks are quoted before that work is undertaken.
A confirmed failure to meet the agreed specification is corrected without extra payment and without consuming those review rounds. A change in preference or a new requirement is considered separately from a nonconformity.
Handover and delivery
Final materials are supplied digitally by email or an agreed private link. Unless the proposal states otherwise, final editable files are handed over within two working days after approval and receipt of the final payment. Support handover follows the accepted period’s scope.
Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in England and Wales. This defines the stated time periods rather than office visiting hours.
For a future available framework, delivery would take place within two working days after payment confirmation. See Delivery & Refunds for non-arrival, cancellation and remedies.
Your materials and publication decisions
You must have permission to supply and use the source materials and must confirm that business facts are accurate. You are responsible for final approval, access to your own accounts, publication and checking the published result. We do not create false achievements or misleading business claims.
You allow us to use supplied materials only as needed to carry out the agreement. Do not provide passwords or unnecessary personal information about your customers. Flag confidentiality requirements before transferring material so that handling can be agreed.
Rights in the outputs
Rights to use bespoke results are stated in the service proposal, including any conditions attached to final payment and any pre-existing or third-party materials. There is no assumption that commissioning a text transfers rights in every underlying method or reusable resource.
Reusable catalogue materials have a separate proposed Digital Framework Licence. The licence for a future framework is distinct from the rights agreed for an individual service project.
Ending a business agreement
Either party may give written notice by email to end an agreement. We then identify completed work, agreed stages, approved external costs and the unperformed balance. Cancellation before work begins is refunded except for pre-agreed, already incurred, non-recoverable external costs. After work starts, charges reflect the agreed completed stages and payment for unperformed work is returned.
The same principle applies to the relevant paid support period. We do not treat the entire advance as automatically non-refundable. If a material breach makes continued performance unreasonable, we explain it and, where a remedy is possible, allow a reasonable opportunity to address it before ending the affected work.
Responsibility and legal rights
We are responsible for preparing the accepted scope with reasonable care and skill and for remedying confirmed nonconformities. No promise is made about search rankings, revenue, approval by a third-party platform or the effect of wording published by a customer.
Any limitation of responsibility operates only to the extent permitted by law and takes account of the accepted scope and the loss concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Applicable statutory rights are preserved.
Questions, complaints and versions
Send an invoice reference and explanation to our email address. We aim to give a first substantive response within two working days; this is not a promise that every issue can be resolved in that period. Correction and refund arrangements are set out in the delivery policy.
The terms accepted for an order apply to that order. A later website revision does not retrospectively change the agreement. Any agreed contractual change is recorded in writing.
Governing law
English law governs these terms, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rules that apply. If a customer is legally a consumer, nothing removes mandatory protections or any right to bring proceedings in the courts of their home jurisdiction where the law provides it.
