Build descriptions by separating what your business does from the different ways a profile asks you to explain it. The proposed kit is intended to help your team establish facts first and draft the wording around them.
Availability
The profile kit is still being prepared. Its listed workbook, facts register and guide describe an intended set; no editable file or real preview is currently being offered for download.
Before availability, the eight template subjects need to be populated, checked and matched to a real version. Ask about the planned profile formats if you need clarification; the discussion cannot place or reserve an order.
Intended contents
Master descriptions, profile fields and publication checks.
The workbook is intended to separate a company’s stable facts from the different descriptions written around them. Each template gives a particular part of the profile a place, rather than assuming the longest description can fit every field.
Use the facts register to identify what your business has approved. A variant can then be checked against that reference before it reaches the publication checklist. The buyer fills in and maintains all three sheets.

Buyer requirements
Your team supplies the factual content, completes the templates and checks the wording before use. Bespoke writing is excluded. The facts register is intended to be maintained by the buyer, with publication decisions recorded against the relevant description.
Bring your business information, decide which statements are approved and complete the writing prompts. The kit would not research the company or write its finished profile on your behalf.
Your publication owner still needs to select the appropriate version for each placement and check it after entry. Do not treat a completed checklist as proof that an outside platform has accepted the wording.
Files and editing
The proposed editable files are a DOCX workbook and an XLSX register; the PDF is intended as a reading guide. Supported software versions and a preview matching the final files will be confirmed after production and testing.
A useful working copy should identify the description being edited and the factual reference behind it. Keep a previous accepted version when introducing a change, so your team can review what has moved.
If your editor does not preserve the intended document or workbook structure, resolve that before using it for the records. Software is supplied by the buyer; testing and a supported-version specification must precede release.

US$220 is the proposed catalogue amount for this kit. Before any future order, we would identify its actual file version and confirm the final total, including applicable taxes and mandatory charges.
Planned framework — not available to order
Once available and accepted, the kit would be emailed or supplied by private link within two working days after payment confirmation. A cancellation before access would receive a full refund; the unused and unshared return policy would apply afterwards.
If a promised template or sheet were missing, damaged or materially misdescribed, correction would be provided without extra charge. Opening the workbook would not by itself remove a genuine defect remedy.
