Content Update Coordination System

US$480

Planned framework — not available to order

Keep a content change understandable from the initial request through approval. The intended sheets connect the affected materials, decision owners and handover actions, so your team can distinguish preparation from publication.

Availability

This update coordination set is being planned, with no available workbook or template files. The stated inventory describes the intended production work, rather than an operational system that can be downloaded now.

Availability requires all six workbook sheets, the three document templates and the guide to exist and pass checks. A real preview and supported-editor information must match the final version. Questions about the planned formats remain general enquiries.

Intended contents

Update planning, version control and publication handover.

The intended workbook gives a requested change a traceable route through affected materials, decision owners, revisions and handover. Its calendar is a manually maintained record of intended review, not an automated reminder service.

The document templates would provide a place to state the change, capture an approval and return a publication task to its owner. The guide’s single illustrative cycle would explain how those records can be used together.

  • 1 XLSX workbook with 6 sheets: update requests, impact register, content owners, revision log, handover tracker and review calendar.
  • 3 DOCX templates: change brief, approval record and publication handover note.
  • 1 PDF operating guide with one fictional update cycle.

Buyer requirements

Your team enters requests, maintains the review calendar and records decisions. This is a set of documents and workbooks, rather than software, a managed service or an automatic reminder calendar. No accounts are connected and no content is published by the files.

Your team creates the change request, identifies the facts to confirm and assigns someone who can approve the revised wording. It must also keep the impact register and review calendar current.

After approval, the publication owner carries out the handover tasks in the actual accounts and checks the result. Recording handover in a tracker would never establish that the change has reached a public page.

Files and editing

The intended operational register is XLSX, the three writing templates are DOCX and the operating guide is PDF. Actual file versions, supported editors and a truthful preview will be supplied before the product becomes available.

Use the revision log to distinguish the current accepted text from a working draft. The content-owner and handover records should identify the business decisions behind the files rather than imply that a spreadsheet makes those decisions.

The proposed workbook needs a compatible XLSX editor and the change documents need a DOCX editor. The PDF guide would be a reading reference. Specific tested software versions must be supplied with an eventual release.

Proposed use permissions

A future purchase would give one business non-exclusive permission to adapt the update records for its operations and the client projects it undertakes. Staff and contractors could have access as required for that work.

A completed client handover note or update record could be delivered. The reusable operating framework could not be resold, given away, published or repackaged as a competing template product. Separate services would retain their own rights terms.

The update set would provide reusable records, without someone maintaining them for you. Consult the licence for exclusions covering customised work, continued updates and support.

Proposed price and delivery

US$480

The proposed catalogue price is US$480. Before a future available version could be accepted, its actual inventory, compatibility and full USD total would be confirmed, including applicable taxes and mandatory charges.

Planned framework — not available to order

An accepted ready set would be delivered by email attachment or private link within two working days following payment confirmation. Cancellation before access would be fully refunded; the proposed unused/unshared policy would apply after handover.

If a file were missing, damaged, inaccessible or materially misdescribed, correction would be provided without further payment. Opening a workbook to discover an issue would not extinguish the buyer’s applicable remedies.

If correction could not restore the update set as described, the linked refund policy would govern the affected product and the timing of repayment.
