Availability and the licensee
This licence describes the proposed basis for a future purchase of an available framework from Preselyx Content Cohesion Ltd, company number 17209316, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF. Questions can be sent to kaniukavolodymyr@zohomail.eu.
No current catalogue listing creates a licence or an order. Before any future purchase, we would confirm the actual framework, version, contents, editing requirements, total price and applicable licence. The business identified in the accepted order would be the licensee.
Licensee means the one business receiving permission to use the purchased set under the agreed terms.
Internal and client project use
The proposed licence is non-exclusive and allows one business to use and adapt the supplied materials for its internal operations and client projects it performs. Employees and contractors may access the files as reasonably needed for those purposes. The licensed business remains responsible for ensuring that people with access observe the restrictions.
You may insert your own facts, change the wording and tailor a structure to a project. You must check the result for accuracy, suitability, permissions and any project-specific requirements before using or publishing it.
Completed client outputs
You may deliver a completed client-specific output produced using the framework. That permission does not give the client an unrestricted reusable library or permission to redistribute the source set. Separate the finished project material from the underlying templates when preparing a handover.
Underlying framework means the reusable templates, prompts, checklists, workbook structures and guidance supplied in the set, rather than the factual content you add for a particular client.
Redistribution restrictions
You may not resell, give away, publish or otherwise redistribute the reusable source framework as a standalone resource. You may not make it available in a public download, shared template repository or competing template library. Repackaging, translating or modifying the source collection does not create permission to offer it as a competing product.
Access for a contractor is limited to the licensed business’s work. It does not allow the contractor to keep a reusable copy for unrelated business activities or pass the library to others.
Ownership and third-party tools
Rights in the original templates and guidance remain with Preselyx Content Cohesion Ltd or the relevant rights holders. Your own supplied facts and original additions remain subject to your rights. The licence grants the agreed permission to use the source materials rather than ownership of the reusable collection.
Editing applications and other third-party software are excluded. You need your own compatible tools and any necessary licences for them. Tested format and version requirements must be supplied before a product is made available; the planned catalogue makes no universal compatibility claim.
What is outside the set
A framework does not include bespoke writing, configuration, publication, account access, a managed service, perpetual updates or unlimited support. Any separately commissioned service is governed by its own proposal and output-rights arrangements.
Workbook statuses and calendars require manual maintenance. A source file does not monitor public pages, make decisions for the buyer or confirm that a client has published a text.
Refunds and ending permission
If payment for the relevant framework is refunded, its licence ends. You must stop using the affected set and delete copies, including reusable copies held by staff or contractors. This does not remove any mandatory legal rights or prevent a valid defect claim.
If a material licence breach occurs, we may require the prohibited use to stop and, where it can be corrected, give a reasonable opportunity to remedy it. Any termination or remedy must remain lawful and proportionate to the breach.
The proposed voluntary refund and defect-remedy arrangements are in Delivery & Refunds. A genuine problem is not dismissed simply because a file was opened or used.
Before any future acceptance
Read the product’s actual specification and the licence supplied with its order terms. Ask about any intended use that appears to fall outside the permissions before accepting. The current planned catalogue is informational; no product is ready for purchase.
