Change request
The client requests that the service description distinguishes writing from publication.
Platform content preparation
We prepare aligned descriptions, response templates and update packs for the placements agreed in your brief. Your team retains account access and handles publication.
This is a material preparation service. It does not include account administration, automated publishing or live synchronisation.
Prepare consistent facts and descriptions for the agreed profile formats.
We establish which description is the source and which profile fields need a prepared version. A placement inventory makes the included formats explicit before drafting begins. Your team checks the facts and handles its own profile access.
Organise reusable replies and clear guidance for adapting them.
Replies are grouped by situation, with fields for information that changes from enquiry to enquiry. Adaptation notes help a sender choose suitable wording; unusual questions should be escalated to the responsible person.
Connect each placement-specific version to its approved source wording.
A variant should be traceable even when its length or structure differs. We record the relationship to the source and flag a substantive change for review, rather than allowing it to become a separate unapproved description.
Prepare change records and revised content for your team to publish.
A change request identifies the reason for the update and the materials that may be affected. Revised files, approval notes and a publication task list return to your team as a defined handover.
Read a version and its review decision alongside the client’s next action. The publication task remains an instruction to the client, rather than a report from a connected account.
Illustrative layout — not a connected software dashboard.
Use the filters to inspect the sample review categories. An approval concerns the wording in this record. Someone on your team still needs to check the destination and complete the publication task in the relevant account.
Capture the change, identify affected materials, prepare revisions and hand the approved versions back to your team.
This editorial path is a reference for preparation status. “Handed over” identifies the return of agreed materials; it does not mean published.
Supply accurate changes and permission to use the source materials. Nominate who can confirm facts, consolidate comments and approve the final text. After handover, publish through your own accounts and check the actual result.
If the change affects an unlisted placement, raise it before the work expands. The new version needs a defined destination and an agreed responsibility, just like the original material.
We work from the accepted brief, identify affected content within scope and prepare revised files with review and handover notes. Confirmed failures against that brief are corrected without using the ordinary revision allowance.
An ongoing arrangement defines the work period, included inputs and review frequency. It does not imply round-the-clock availability, continuous observation of public pages or automatic renewal.
Bring an approved change, the affected documents and the person who can confirm publication responsibilities.
