PCC-ALIGNMENT-01
Cross-Platform Content Alignment Framework
US$390Planned framework — not available to order
Record the editorial relationship between a master description and the versions prepared from it. The proposed workbook gives your team places to note a gap, request a decision and identify the version approved for handover.
Availability
The alignment framework remains a planned file set. No workbook, checklist or worked-example preview is currently represented as a finished product, and payment cannot be accepted for this listing.
Its eventual release requires completed sheets, checked review prompts, a real guide and a version-matched example. The example’s final file format has not been specified. An email question about the intended formats does not initiate a purchase.
Intended contents
Source content, platform variants, gaps and approval status.
The workbook is intended to make the relationship between a source and its variants inspectable. It provides separate places for the source text, destination inventory, comparison, outstanding review and accepted versions.
The editorial checklist adds prompts for the person assessing that relationship. The worked example would explain the method using sample material that remains clearly labelled as illustrative; it would not be evidence of client work.
- 1 XLSX workbook with 5 sheets: source content, placement inventory, alignment matrix, review queue and approved versions.
- 1 DOCX editorial checklist with 20 review prompts.
- 1 PDF guide and 1 clearly labelled fictional worked example.
Buyer requirements
The user enters materials and sets statuses manually. The framework does not scrape websites, collect external data, compare accounts through APIs or monitor live changes. Publication and checking the final placement remain the buyer’s responsibility.
Enter the relevant source, identify the placements and record decisions made by an authorised reviewer. A gap in the matrix calls for investigation, not an assumed factual correction.
Keep publication evidence outside the editorial approval status. The workbook would not inspect a live page or verify that someone replaced a previous text. The buyer controls account access and the final publishing action.
Files and editing
The matrix is planned as XLSX, the checklist as DOCX and the guide as PDF. The worked example’s final file format will be specified when the set is produced. A version-matched preview and editor testing must precede availability.
The proposed XLSX record relies on entries your team maintains. Use a consistent version convention and retain enough reference information to find the approved source behind a prepared variant.
The DOCX checklist and PDF guide support the workbook rather than automating it. Before release, the specification must name compatible editor versions and the actual worked-example format; your own software is required.
Proposed price and delivery
US$390
US$390 is the proposed amount for the alignment set. The final file version, accepted specification and full payable USD total would be stated before a later available product could be purchased.
Planned framework — not available to order
Future supply would be by email files or private link within two working days after payment confirmation. A cancellation before receiving access would receive a full refund. An unused, unshared set would be covered by the proposed fourteen-calendar-day commercial policy.
Missing sheets, inaccessible files or a material description mismatch would receive correction without added cost. A valid claim would not be rejected simply because the buyer opened the matrix to inspect it.
An alignment-workbook issue would follow the correction and refund timetable in Delivery & Refunds, including the protection of applicable statutory deadlines.
