Include a short business outline, the types of content involved, the intended placements and your preferred timing.
Do not send account passwords, payment card details or personal information about your customers.
Start with the decision you need to make
Explain whether you need a source description, versions for several fields, recurring replies or a pack of changes. A short account of the problem helps us identify which materials to discuss first.
If the wording differs between documents, tell us which facts have been confirmed and which still need approval. Describe the included placements rather than sending account access.
From discussion to a written scope
We use the email exchange to clarify inputs, outputs and responsibilities. A consultation request starts that discussion; the website link does not create a contract or commit you to a purchase.
Before project work begins, the proposal confirms the deliverables, timing, review rounds and full price. You decide whether to accept those terms in writing.

Questions about an existing order
Use the same email address and identify the relevant invoice or accepted project. Explain the delivery issue, requested correction or cancellation so it can be considered against the agreed scope.
A first response and a completed remedy are different steps. The nature of the issue may require us to agree a correction or ask for details of the affected file.
